When was the first time you realised you wanted to be a musician?
I have always been singing, but when I started writing my own songs at the age of 11 it became to be a thing in my head. I only took that vision seriously when I moved to London at 17 to study Vocals and Performances at ACM.
What was the first song you made?
“Fall in love” very cheesy chords progressions and lyrics
What was the first song you release officially?
“Isha” produced by my brother D.E.W.I
What first got you into music?
My dad put my brother and I in piano lessons at very young age. I did 15 years in a classical Music Academy when I also did solfege and theatre.
What is your favourite part about being an artist?
Getting to release something that people can relate to and/or enjoy. The whole creative process is what I Iike. From the creation of the song to the marketing. And of course doing my thing on stage... even though 2020 didn’t really allow me to do so.
What is your favourite lyric you’ve heard or written?
Mon dieu c’est mon Roi, il m’a sauvée plusieurs fois. ( My God My King, saved me plenty of times ). A lyric from an unreleased french song I recently wrote. Stay stuned …
What is your favourite thing to do in your free time?
I like spending time with my friends. But when I get time to go studio outside working I’m so excited, it’s a happy place.
What is your favourite song/ cover to perform?
All mine – From my recent EP "Bipo Feels". Cover, I like singing Ashanti a lot :)
Who is you favourite band or singer?
As a singer I have to reply like this, in terms of vocals technique Ariana Grande is a massive inspo. Now in terms of the artist, tone and song vibes Rihanna, Jhene Aiko, and Kehlani.
