Leicester born R&B artist Mahalia confirmed details of her second studio album. ‘IRL’ will be released on 14th July via Atlantic Records ahead of her October-November headline tour which includes a night at London’s Eventim Apollo.
Following on from the release of her highly-praised debut LP 'Love And Compromise' in 2019, The new album will feature the singles ‘Terms and Conditions’, ‘Cheat’ and ‘In My Bag’ with album features including Stormzy, JoJo, Joyce Wrice and Kojey Radical.
Speaking about the new record, she said, “This is a real reflection of the journeys I've had, what actually happened and a celebration of everyone who got me there. There are names and family members I mention because it all helped in shaping who I am. I’m so proud of this album, and so proud of how much I challenged myself to just let those stories out.”
